| • | Consultation and Exam: During your first visit Dr. Ruchlin will do a full evaluation to determine if you are a candidate for Teeth in a Day. This includes reviewing your dental and medical history, a full oral exam and advanced imaging to assess bone density and structure. |
| • | Customized Treatment Plan: Based on the evaluation a customized treatment plan is developed to address your specific needs and goals. This plan outlines the number of implants needed, the design of the prosthetic teeth and any preparatory work that may be required. |
| • | Implant Placement and Temporary Teeth: On the day of the procedure the implants are placed into the jawbone. Immediately after implant placement a set of temporary teeth is attached so you have a functional and beautiful smile. |
| • | Healing and Final Restoration: Over the next few months the implants will integrate with the jawbone in a process called osseointegration. Once healing is complete the temporary teeth are replaced with a permanent, custom-designed prosthesis for optimal function and aesthetics. |
